Every Newborn Solutions employee must meet rigorous standards including:
- A reference screening
- One year of experience in dealing with newborns
- Successful completion of a written qualifying examination
- A statement of health with immunization status including TB every 6 months
- Criminal background checks (Cori) and drug screening as appropriate
- A comprehensive orientation on Newborn's professional policies & procedures
- Compliance with Newborn's code of ethics and professional standards
- Infant CPR training
